Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Rebecca Kolls.com is an Internet business.  We sell products on behalf of other retailers that have been tested and approved by Rebecca Kolls. All orders are shipped by our suppliers, therefore your order may arrive in more than one shipment.  Each of our suppliers uses a different method of delivery and delivery restrictions. We normally deliver your order within ten days.
